About ECA

ECA was founded in 1994 to primarily serve the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industry as a GMP laboratory. Since its early days, ECA has evolved into a full-service analytical testing and consulting laboratory serving many industries. ECA is located in the midst of "Biotech Beach" in the San Diego, California area. ECA is owned and operated by Jim Polansky and Todd Nute, two local scientists that have been providing comprehensive analytical testing services since 1988. ECA prides itself on the education, experience, and problem-solving skills of its personnel. ECA provides services to a broad spectrum of clientele. Along with our services to the Biotech industry, ECA applies its unique problem-solving skills to solving analytical problems for a variety of industrial firms, government organizations, environmental consulting firms, legal firms, and entrepreneurs.
