Miscellaneous Methods:
Thermal desorption /GC-MS of residual volatiles
from solid drug substances (This method can be used to determine
the residual solvent content of finished products and has been
validated for more than 12 compounds), headspace GC-FID, headspace
GC-MS, vitamin and nutritional supplement analysis is, Amino
Acids by HPLC, and numerous other methods developed in-house
at customers' request, customer provided, or obtained from current
literature. We also have extensive capabilities for deformulation
of products and expert witness service for patent infringement
cases.
Metals/Elemental Analysis:
We have a new TJA-IRIS ICP-AES instrument that can determine heavy metals and
up to 70 elements in solid and liquid samples. This is used to determine concentration
of residual catalysts and other potential contaminants in drug substances or
raw materials.
