ECA offers many bioanalytical testing services for our Biotech and Pharmaceutical customers that were not previously offered. We have been involved for many years in providing quality analytical chemistry services for The following are just a few of the procedures that we offer:

  • SDS-PAGE with or without Laser Densitometry
  • Western Blot
  • Carbohydrate Staining
  • Northern Blot
  • ELISA method development and method transfer
  • Protein Quantification using Bradford, Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen,
    Lowry, and other methods.
  • RP-HPLC analysis of proteins
  • SEC-HPLC analysis of aggregates
  • RP-HPLC of product formulations

ECA can help with assay development projects that involve unique drug candidates or additives that are required to monitor manufacturing processes and validate the content and dosages of manufactured formulations.
